How do I track my order?

What are your delivery options?
 

We only pos using poslaju, Thanks you. 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

  • Rewrite the size, color, postage return fee and Customer detail with the item and return using the same address received at the parcel. 

  • All must be inform and any changes please inform the contact number above. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Just through the Website Poslaju

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we do. But customer need to pay extra charges using the poslaju international postage fee. 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We accept returns 3 days from the day you receive your shipment. 

  • Item must not be worn, altered, or washed

  • Item must have all tags attached.

 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping and handling charges is on customer care. 

Sale and discounted items are NOT RETURN ITEM.

 

If you send a “Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return.

We do not accept returns on promotional sale items (Items you purchased on sale)

All returns must be sent to the address on the parcel package.
